Home-made chunky strawberry jam
In 2010 we used some of our excess strawberries to make jam. When I was a child I often lingered around the stove while my mother made jam, and the very act of making jam myself seems somehow nostalgic. Our strawberry jam turned out really well, although we sold very little of it, keepinig most to enjoy ourselves. In 2011 I hope to make more to sell, as I feel our customers will go mad for it when they taste it.
