We make our Tangy juice from Bramley apples only, at their optimum stage of ripeness. This is the classic Irish ‘cooking apple’ and it gives a zesty, refreshingly tangy juice, nevertheless with enough sweetness to offset the tart flavour.

I find that certain customers will only drink the Tangy, and nothing else!
